This unit is non-smoking and has a single car garage (only one parking pass is given for the second vehicle to park outside; large vehicle may not fit). Common area facilities vary at each complex. PARKING - Parallel parking only on condo side of street. Each condo is assigned one garage. Nicely furnished condominium in building L overlooking the pool and spa area. Bigwood is located in town in a quiet neighborhood on Majestic Pines. It has a large outdoor spa; laundry facilities; single car garage and a swimming pool open during the summer only.
