With designs derived from the tropical architecture of southeastern Asia and furnished with modern amenities including internet and cable television, Nagalaya's one to three bedroom homes offer guests an unprecedented holiday experience or long term stay. All homes have expansive views of the neighboring lagoon, ocean, and off shore islands as well as sunrise and sunset vistas. Many offer unique features such as indoor waterfalls, plunge pools, and Balinese-style home spas.

Nearly half of the Nagalaya estate consists of tropical gardens and undulant rainforest, interlaced by meandering pathways and pavilions. A granite-crested peak- the remnant of an ancient mountain range submerged by the sea- lies at the center of the estate with panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam and Samuis central highlands. Strategically located viewing platforms- the Sun Deck, Sunset Deck, Moon Deck, and Star Deck offer dramatic views of Samuis morning, evening, and midnight skies.

Nagalaya's community swimming pool, yoga pavilion, clubhouse, and changing rooms are located below the peak and offer residents and guests a place to socialize, relax, or attend fitness and yoga classes.
